Here are this week's golf results for the EMF Bobcats:
Monday: For our last home outing, the Bobcats took on Southern/Diller-Odell in a dual at Friend County Club. EMF won 178 to 232 and Carter Milton was the individual medalist with an even par 36. Brett Kalhoff lead the JV and reserves with a 46.
Tuesday: The Bobcats traveled to Red Cloud for the Blue Hill/Cyndi Peil Memorial Scramble. As always the Peil family were the most gracious hosts. In the scramble format the Bobcats finished 4th as a team, and the pair of Brett Kalhoff and Jacob Spohn placed 2nd in the C division.
Wednesday: EMF traveled to Woodland Hills east of Lincoln for the Palmyra Invite. The format is a bit different than normal meets having 6 varsity competitors split into two teams of 3 for each school. In the silver(2nd) Division, Draven Payne got 4th with an 82 and Andrew Vavra got 9th with 84. The team, also including Cohen Harre, got 3rd. In the Gold(1st) division, Carter Milton got 5th with a 78 and the team, also including Aidan Vavra and Zach Spohn got 2nd.
